Senior Housing Options
The 3-year residential requirement is a critical part of the Colorado College experience. As a result, all students who start with CC must live on campus for the first three years of their enrollment at CC. This does mean that Seniors and MAT students are not required to live on campus and are automatically approved to live off campus.
Due to the 3-year residential requirement Seniors are not guaranteed housing for their 4th year and we anticipate incredibly limited housing options. Housing for Seniors will be available in limited spaces within our campus cottages and apartments (see options below).
Fourth-year students can elect to apply for an apartment, a cottage, or to live off-campus during their last year at Colorado College. Follow the links below to explore options:
